Some pages are better than others. The design is not consistant throughout.

It looks okay, but we're not overly proud of it.

It's branded consistently. Every page looks good.

We have the basic pages that you need but we never considered a user journey.

The written copy is fine but we're not confident to direct people there to answer their questions.

We have a few dead pages. Some of the features don't work properly.

Our marketing is sporadic.

They don't really match one another at all / We haven't put 6 posts out.

We try to use our branding but they don't really match each other perfectly.

Almost all of it - we only really use these platforms to reach new customers.

50/50 - we talk about our products or services but half the time we offer free advice or talk about things happening in our industry.

Only about 20%, the rest of the time we talk about our industry, offer advice and share our expertise.

We write the occasional article but struggle to think of subjects.

We watch social media and our competitors for subject ideas.

Nope - we don't have anything like that.

We do but we don't actively use it.

We only bring in existing customers or clients.

We don't ask for them very often.

We gather them on our website and publish them there.

We ask people to leave reviews on our Google profile, social pages or other third party resource like trust-a-trader or trust piolet etc.

Do you monitor and respond to your testimonials and post comments?(Required)

We rarely check them.

We try to do it as often as possible but sometimes testimonials and comments can wait a week before we reply.

We're on it. We reply to every comment and testimonial within a 24 hour window.

How do you currently reach out to new customers & clients?(Required)

We rely on people seeing our social content and word of mouth.

We do some networking events and rely on social and word of mouth.

We invest in digital advertising and manual outreach on social and/or via email.

How effective is your current outreach?(Required)

We break even with our efforts, sometimes make a loss or just don't track it.
